In working as an advocate for Kellogg Garden Products you will be in a fun, fast paced environment at local retail garden centers helping people match the right Kellogg soil product with the plant or project they are completing. You work outdoors in the fresh air in a friendly environment where you make the difference in a customer’s project being daunting and confusing or fun and successful. You need not be a gardening expert, just have the desire to learn. We will provide the training necessary to answer any question related to our products. What all successful Kellogg Advocates must possess is a passion to excel in what ever they do and a love for communicating with people. Both merchandising and selling are part of the position as an advocate. You will spend part of the time building displays and ensuring that “Point of Purchase” display materials are in place and the rest assisting and selling to customers.

Candidates must be available to work on weekends. You must have transportation to and from your location and be able to lift 50 lbs.
